La Havana Nightlife

The people who have been in Cuba, they know that La Havana at night means fest. La Havana is one of the most charming cities in the world; it is a city whose joy and vitality, it feels in its streets and in its people who captivates with his charisma and hospitality.

In La Havana there are many places in where to have fun like cabarets, nightclubs, Jazz Clubs, discos, theaters and much more. Perhaps the most famous cabaret in La Habana were the legendary “Tropicana”, which has showed during 68 years the best of Cuba since here great artists have been presented, celebrities like Nat King Cole, Rita Montaner, Benny More, Celia Cruz, Tito Puente and Perez Prado amongst others. In this place you will find a good sample of La Havana Nightlife. The cabaret present a great show with impressive lights, beautiful dancers and great music. Admission cost $60 and includes a rum bottle. The Tropicana is located  at 72 Miramar street.

The other historical nightclub in La Habana is “Parisien” which is located in the National Hotel and whose show has a delicious Cuban flavor. This place has witnessed the passage of great personalities amongst athletes, politicians and even American mafia. Admission costs between $35 and $60.

But if you want to dance, the best disco of the city is Havana Club , this is another famous site of La Habana, here many celebrities have enjoyed the Cuban night with some of the most popular bands of salsa and mambo. Besides, the club owns a great set of lights and an extraordinary dance floor. Havana Club is situated in hotel Melia Cohiba.

Another good option is listening to a few of music in “La Rampa” a jazz club which offers life music every day and in where almost all new jazz Cuban talents have presented. A similar place in where there are good singers and bands mainly of salsa is “La Casa de la Musica” which is located in Miramar.
