Weather in Heredia
Costa Rica has a great climate which is one of the nicest weathers in the world. That is because the country is located to 9 º above the equatorial line so almost the whole country has a tropical climate with only two seasons well defined: dry and wet which each lasts six months.
The Heredia average temperature is 65º F (23 ºC), the maximum is 84ºF (30ºC) and the minimum 48ºF (17 ºC). Rate of rain is between 2500 and 3500 mm3 by year. The dry season llasts from December to March and the rain season from May to October. Nevertheless in July the rain decreases and the temperature increases; this event is named little summer and lasts around three weeks.
Heredia city is very near "San Jose" city, then the climates are almost same.
