The method
All the teachers at our school hold university degrees, are native speakers; and are specially trained in teaching German as a Foreign Language. In order to make you speak German all the time the teacher will speak to you only German from the first day of class but, don’t worry, our teaching methods will make speaking, understanding and participating in class easy for you. The class is oriented towards and objective and the teacher is always focusing on a specific topic. Depending on what should be done in class, you will work on your own or in small group. Also, a variety of learning stages with discussions, role play, dialogues as well as the individual and specific use of media will give a fresh impulse to studying the language. If students still have some questions, they can visit the Self-Study Center where our teachers will help you with the homework or preparing for an exam.
Levels
We offer 6 basic levels in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. The framework specifies different ability levels for every language and is roughly divided as follows: A for beginners, B for intermediate levels, and C for advanced levels.
Beginners A1:
Develop ability and confidence in basic Spanish communication in familiar environments and interaction with native speakers in Hispanic countries.
Beginner A2:
Develop the ability to maintain a simple conversation in familiar environments and daily situations, expressing ideas in the present, past and future tenses.
Intermediate B1:
Develop ability in communication and linguistic competency to engage in conversations on nonspecialist topics.
Advanced B2:
Gain the necessary linguistic skills to be able to effectively structure an oral or written discussion.
Superior C1:
Further knowledge of Hispanic language and culture.
Mastery C2:
Eliminate any errors and differentiate between minor linguistic subtleties.
Your certificate
At the end of each course level, starting at the B1 level, we offer our students the possibility to proof their acquired knowledge of the German language by taking a diploma exam. This nationally and internationally recognized language certificate is since 1990 under the professional supervision and control of the "German Language Society". A diploma exam at the end of each course level is a necessary and helpful opportunity to evaluate the students learning progress. Students staying short-time as well as participants who attend course levels A1 or A2 will receive a certificate.

Business German 20
If you need German for your job; German for legal professions, for managers or engineers; in this course you will learn the German language for science, industry and business. You will freshen up your knowledge of German in a very short time. The Business German course is designed as individual instruction and is focusing directly on improving, refreshing and the acquisition of specialized and professionally oriented subjects. Business German course prepare you for a special communicative situation, special vocabulary because you got to visit a conference or a trade fair or to give a presentation in German or did you notice that you generally have problems finding the right expressions.

Intensive Course
For people who want to learn fast and intensively, this course with 24 lessons per week is the perfect choice for an intensive language training. This course differs from the Standard Course by providing possibilities for working with current text materials from politics, culture and economy. Thus, you will have the opportunity to train the communicative skills more extensively. The knowledge and language skills you have acquired in class will be intensified and supplemented in special classes twice a week in the afternoons. The Intensive Course is also a very good choice if you want to focus on preparing a German language exam.

Only in combination with Standard, Intensive or Premium Course!
As a supplement to the group instruction we offer a curriculummodule for individual instruction. This combination is ideal for clients who want to profit from the dynamics of group instruction and want to study individual topics and improve the particular problems they have with the German language. Because regardless whether participants have decided for a Standard, an Intensive or a Premium Course... only individual instruction can guaranty that the teacher is focusing on the specific needs and problems of student. The student will decide on how many additional individual lessons he/she will take, respectively how many lessons will fit into his/her weekly plan: 4, 6, 8, 10 or even more lessons per week.

Premium Course
We recommend this course if you want to improve your German knowledge at high speed and reach as many teaching goals as possible in a short period of time. Compared to the other courses it is different in so far as with 28 lessons per week the Super Intensive Course gives far more opportunities for considering personal request and demands. This course features in the afternoons four lessons especially to discuss topics of current political, cultural and scientific interest and four further lessons with a focus on individual requests and interests. It is the best choice for studying the German language most intensively and successfully.

Standard
This course is the ideal choice for people who want to study the German language and want to know Germany and the Germans at the same time. If you want to improve your German knowledge and get to know Germany intensively at the same time, this course is the ideal for you. The 20 lessons per week focus on the training of grammatical structures and on familiarizing with everyday vocabulary. After the course, there will be plenty of opportunities to intensify your newly acquired knowledge on your own and to discover Germany and the German way of life.
