The Method
Our school has a variety of teaching methods are used at the School in Malta, but the prime concern of the school is to create an environment conducive to a communicative and practical approach to language learning. Students are encouraged to develop their language skills through a balance of different activities such as chairing/participating in discussions, roleplays, extracting information from listening/reading tasks, writing reports and pair/group work as well as practising new structures of English through controlled and free practice.
In particular, our school subscribes to the international Method, which seeks to amalgamate the best of the tried and tested theories and approaches in the TEFL sector.
Levels
We offer basic levels in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. You can expect to make good progress every week. Our school assesses what level you are currently at and help you identify what level you hope to reach. The longer you stay, the more your English improves.
Elementary A1:
You will have a general basic ability to communicate in everyday situations. You will be able to convey simple messages in social and travel contexts.
Elementary to Pre Intermediate A2:
You will be able to communicate in short conversations on familiar topics and understand short simple text.
Pre Intermediate to Intermediate B1:
You will be able to sustain a conversation on familiar topics and will be able to produce and understand simple text with ease.
Intermediate to Upper Intermediate B2:
You will be able to communicate effectively in most language situations. You will be able to understand and produce text in general and in specialized areas
Upper Intermediate to Advanced C1:
You will be able to speak fluently to near native speaker standard. You will have an in-depth knowledge and be able to use correct register for formal/informal situations.

Business English 20 Lessons
The need to communicate in English in the Business world has become a requirement in the work place today. Our business courses aim to give you the skills and confidence you need in your profession. Suitable for students from Elementary to Advanced.

Business English 30 Lessons
Same to Business English 20 Lessons this course is more intensive and perfect to satisfy your needs. Suitable for students from Elementary to Advanced.

Holiday Course
This course is ideal for those who want to combine studying English with a good holiday. It is a great way to improve communication skills in everyday situations building on grammar and vocabulary. Suitable for students from Beginner to Advanced.
15 lessons per week with a maximum of 10 students per class. Monday to Friday from 09:00 hours. If there is only one student at a particular level, the lessons will be reduced to 10 private lessons.

Holiday Course Intensive
The course content is the same as the Holiday course with one extra lesson in the afternoon, but still plenty of free time left in the afternoon for leisure of students. Suitable for students from Beginner to Advanced.
