Featherdale Wildlife Park

The Park is conveniently situated just to 40 minutes from Sydney and it is in route of the famous Blue Mountains. In 2005, it was the winner of Major Tourist Attraction Award at the Tourism New South Wales.
Featherdale Wildlife Park is home to the largest collection of Australian native animals in the world and it situated on 7 acres of natural bush setting. You can enjoy with over 2200 animals of different species. Cuddle up to koala, hand feed kangaroos, emus and wallabies at anytime of the day. Meet 'Ngukhur' a 4 1/2 metre saltwater crocodile, visit the Ghost Bat & Bilby Nocturnal Exhibit, Farmyard Nursery, Reptilian Pavilion, Tasmanian devils, echidnas, wombats, little penguins, a diverse range of birds and much more.
A coffee shop, a souvenir shop and shady picnic areas are available as well as an award winning souvenir shop. Featherdale is ideally suited for young and old alike as the park is level throughout and provides both baby changing and disabled facilities.
Australian Reptile Park

Australian Reptile Park has some of the rarest reptiles in the world. But there’s not the only animals, you will enjoy of the daily wildlife shows with pythons, crocodiles, koalas and kangaroos. The park offers visitors over 10 exciting daily wildlife shows and the opportunity to take photos with cuddly koalas or snugly pythons. Furthermore you will appreciate unique exhibits of Spider World and Lost World of Reptiles, the Australia’s most loved crocodile and the only Tasmanian devil babies in New South Wales.
Waratah Park Sanctuary

The Waratah Park Sanctuary hosts Koalas, Kangaroos, Wallabies, Bettongs and Potoroos in a natural setting.
Australia Walkabout Wildlife Park

The park has 170 acre wildlife sanctuary and it is home to around 180 species of indigenous mammals, reptiles, amphibians and birds, not to mention intriguing insects and spiders.
Explore the park and its fascinating Aboriginal rock engravings, stencils and ritual sites. The park team will introduce you to bush medicine, the didgeridoo and even bush tucker.
Taronga Zoo

Taronga Zoo is the nation's leading zoological garden, featuring Australia's finest collection of native animals and a diverse collection of exotic species. This amazing zoo is just 12 minutes from the city by ferry is the best place to see Australia’s amazing wildlife. It is situated on elevated land along the waterfront, in one of the most beautiful vantage points on Sydney Harbour overlooking other attractions in Sydney city.
Koalas, kangaroos, echidnas and frilled neck lizards, plus the amazing Kodak free-flight Bird Show are in Taronga Zoo. It also has over 2000 rare and endangered animals including Sumatran tigers, Kodiak bears and a growing family of chimpanzees.
The Taronga Zoo has its own jetty and you are able step off the boat and walk directly into the zoo. If you would like to get up close to the animals and take some pictures, then try the Animal Encounters experience. For a small fee, with the assistance of the rangers, you can enter the enclosures of some of the animals on display and have your picture taken by a professional. An important thing for visitors is not allowed touch or hold Koalas. Taronga Zoo is open every day from 9am to 5pm (including Christmas Day).
